Why does it seem like there are lots of ski/snowboard instructors with foreign accents?

I live in Colorado and we usually go to Copper Mountain to go skiing/snowboarding. It just seems like there are lots of instructors there who have British, Australian, etc. accents. Can anyone tell me a couple reasons why? I am just curious...Why does it seem like there are lots of ski/snowboard instructors with foreign accents?
Because usually some resorts offer foreigner seasonal jobs for the winter, which make the whole visa process relatively easier, at least from what I've heardWhy does it seem like there are lots of ski/snowboard instructors with foreign accents?
they probably just want to ride there but need money if they're from somewhere else and what better way to make extra cash than being an instructor?
