Can you stay at a Disney Vacation Club resort even if you aren't a member of DVC?

My family is interested in Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas - Kidani Village at Walt Disney World because a 2 bedroom is large enough for our group without having to get more than 1 room, however, I am curious whether or not we can make a reservation for that resort since we aren't part of the DVC.

Thanks in advance! Can you stay at a Disney Vacation Club resort even if you aren't a member of DVC?
Anyone can make a reservation at at an of the DVC resoerts, but it is VERY expensive if you're not a member. A room starts at $340 there. You could try the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs at $295 or The Animal Kingdom Lodge-Jambo House at $240. You could get 2 adjoining rooms at the Pop Century at $82 each per night. If money isn't a problem, then Kidani Village is spectacular. We stayed there last year. We're DVC members. Have Fun!
One can stay at the DVC without being a member however, it is a little more expensive but worth it in the long run. Check out this website it may helo to answer some questions for you

Also, the last time I stayed at one I was not a member , but I was there for a site inspection, and it was amazing. Also go to the Disney.com website and they may also offer you some better advice. I hope this somewhat answers your questions.
