I'm having a hard time finding a hotel that allows under 21 for under $100 per night near the boardwalk. Unfortunately, I am 19 years old and my boyfriend is 20 but he will turn 21 at the end of the week on the week my boyfriend and I plan a vacation in Virginia Beach. We could wait a little later after he turns 21 but it will mean the price would raise and my boyfriend wouldn't want to miss his brother's graduation.
It will be just us and we wouldn't want to party and tear up the rooms.
