Disney's a good company, but I presume you are aware of their rather strict HR policies, dress codes etc?

It is a mystery to me, that you would apply for a job and you do not know what it means.
A day on a cruise ship is 12 - 15 hrs of work for 7 days a week for 6 months straight.
When your work day starts varies, since there are shifts to work.
How the kids are depends on the kids - and you will have loads of them.
Nice ones, nasty ones - (kids and parents)
Besides work you have to attend to safety meetings, safety drills for passengers, safety drills for crew and be on port manning. (You could have time off, but need to stay on board because you are on port manning - this is a duty which rotates)
To read more about working onboard cruise ships I recommend you do some research at www.cruiselinesjobs.com
