I've worked for Disney before. I worked for Disney Cruise Line for a year and while I enjoyed it, I left because the hours were too much. On the ships you work ten hours a day, seven days a week. You don't get a day off. I'm not exaggerating, it's true. Anyway, the land based Disney job is much fewer hours AND you get days off.
They are bound to ask "why did you quit working for Disney?". I can't tell them the hours were too much because they'll think I don't like hard work or something.
You guys are great for things like this. What would you suggest?I need help with a job interview question. Please?
You could bend the truth a bit, and tell them you were constantly fighting sea sickness on the cruise ship.
be truthful. speek your mind:)I need help with a job interview question. Please?
if you want to tell the truth lie, lol
Family reasons and illnesses that were mysteriously cured are usually good ways to go
Nothing works better than the truth. You might consider highlighting a few items you really liked about the job but do explain that you needed some time for your personal needs and the hours were just too much.
say i really enjoyed it but i needed some time off from work like a long term vacation so i quit and i hope that doesnt offened u in any way cuz im not trying 2 offened u
tell them you loved working for dis cruise line but
that you needed more time off to be with your family.
what could be wrong with that?
