I might be going to a cruise in March 2012 going to Mexican Riveria on a disney Cruise line.?

How much money should I bring? It's a 7 night trip. The food inside the ship is free.(the website said dining and entertainment is included in the price) But once we get to Mexico, I want to buy souvenirs and eat their food. The cruise trip cost $791.00. So around how much money should I be bringing with me. I was thinking $200 would do.I might be going to a cruise in March 2012 going to Mexican Riveria on a disney Cruise line.?
We were on a cruise this summer and found that we were off of the ship almost as much as we were on the ship. So be sure to take into account if you want to eat while looking around the town where you are docked. You will want to buy souvenirs and possibly take side trips. At the end of the trip you will probably pay a tip for your cabin hosts too. You can do most everything by credit card or debit card so you might want to use a card instead of cash especially for the best exchange rate.I might be going to a cruise in March 2012 going to Mexican Riveria on a disney Cruise line.?
In Puerto Vallarta Disney has a nice "Tequila Tour" and in Cabo they have a nice whale watching tour. These are expensive 80 dollars and 90 dollars per person. You can find much less expensive activities offered by the locals. Drinks are 9 to 14 dollars on the ship. Other than port activities and drinks you'll only need money for souvenirs. In Puerto and Cabo the US dollar spends pretty easy. I never had to use or buy pesos. If you don't go on any port activities 200 should be enough. The food prices are about 20 % less than the prices at US restaurants.
