Cruise Ship Employment?

I am looking into working for a cruise line. I am looking at the Disney Cruise Line, Princess Cruise Line, and Norwegian Cruise Line. I was wondering if anybody had worked for these companie and what you thought of them or if you'd worked for another company and had an opinion one way or another.Cruise Ship Employment?
Yes, this question is asked almost every day, so there are plenty of answers on this website. Otherwise, you can go to the cruise lines' websites and click on "employment".

Most cruise lines do not hire many Americans - don't think I've met any in the cruises I've taken. Americans generally would not want to work under the conditions required on a cruise ship. You have long contracts [six months or more], very long days and very long work weeks, crowded accommodations, low pay. And you sometimes cannot get off the ship at the ports you visit.

NCL does have one ship that has an American staff - the one that circles Hawaii - and it is notorious for poor service.

Working on a cruise ship is definitely not as glamorous as it sounds.
I do a research and you mentioned the most popular cruise line, try visiting this site http://www.cruisejobinsider.com/ - They are looking for all kinds of workers for different jobs available on broad. They listed brief descriptions of some main position for cruise ship jobs and also duties and qualification of each jobs to give you idea on which job is suitable for you.Cruise Ship Employment?
And when you first typed in cruise ship job in the search, what did you find. There are at least a dozen answers to this question. Most are from former cruise ship workers.
