The one I'm going to is located in a middle to upper class suburban town; it's one of the 5 or 6 Benihanas located in my state though so I don't know how popular it is. I'm looking to make reservations for a Sunday.How far in advance should you make reservations to Benihana?
It is just a normal restaurant. Call them a few minutes before you leave the house and put your name on the list. Friday and Saturday would be the busy nights, Sunday you should be fine.
